Cowes week is a wonderful mixture of sail boats, wind and waves and at times they all become one.  It is the unseen power of the wind that fills up the sails and it can be difficult to distinguish between wave and sail.  Every inch of the sea seems covered in boats of all shapes and sizes, all moving, all powerful and yet at the same time so very peaceful to be part of - or to simply watch.
